Working sessions with an owner or leadership team on what the business needs and in what order.
Business Tech Lab works across four capability domains. Most engagements begin with the first, because a business has to be visible before anyone can sensibly decide what technology it needs. That sequence is the whole method — orientation before automation. Some organizations move through all four domains. Many need only one.
Before any technology decision, the business has to be visible — what it does, who it serves, how customers move through it, and what the owner is actually prepared to operate. That is what this work produces.
